GK Icon Academies wishes to offer a fair and transparent policy for custromers. Please read the following information carefully.

A) Goalkeeper Centres

​

Subscriptions for our weekly goalkeeper centres can be stopped at any time and no notice needs to be given. Due to the sheer number of players we kindly ask that the customer takes reponsbility for cancelling their own Gocardless subscription in the account that they created. If they are unable to do this then we can do this but a request must be made via email through our website.

 

B) Camps and Uk Events

 

Due to the vast organisation for events that take place we cannot offer a refund. This is due to the fact that venues and coaching staff still need to be paid well in advance. However we will be happy to offer a credit note for a future GK icon event which will be valid for 24 months. If the customer is unable or refuses to attend a future event, this is not GK Icon Acadmies resposbility.

C) Abroad Trips

​

All deposits for abroad trips are non refundable with hotels and excursion companies needed to be paid well in advance. GK icon Academies will do their best to refund any additional money on top of the deposit but this cannot be guaranteed.
